Plot: Raj, Neelam, Boney and Sheetal decide to play a prank on Sheetal’s father by pretending to kidnap her and asking for ransom. Unfortunately, she is actually murdered and the proof points at the trio.

Plot: Inspector Karan is out to avenge the murder of his elder brother, Inspector Arjun. Unfortunately, he must first tutor an annoying actor who’s keen on adding realism to his acting by observing him.
4. Airlift (2016)
Airlift is a historical drama film directed by Raja Krishna Menon, starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur. The film follows Ranjit Katyal (Akshay Kumar).
Plot: Ranjit Katiyal, an Indian businessman, leads a happy and prosperous life in Kuwait with his family. However, when Iraq invades Kuwait, he decides to risk his life to save his abandoned countrymen.
5. Welcome (2007)
Welcome is a masala comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala and Ronnie Screwvala. The film features a large ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, Malika Sherawat and Feroz Khan in his last film appearance.
Plot: Two thugs, Uday and Majnu meet Rajeev, who belongs to a respectable family, and want to get their sister married to him. A series of funny events occur when Rajeev’s uncle opposes the marriage.
6. Bhool Bhulaiyya (2007)
Bhool Bhulaiyya is a comedy horror film directed by Priyadarshan. It constitutes the official remake of the 1993 Malayalam film, Manichitrathazhu, which was already remade into several Indian films. Bhool Bhulaiyaa features Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Ameesha Patel and Shiney Ahuja in pivotal roles with Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav in supporting roles.
Plot: An NRI and his wife decide to stay in his ancestral home, paying no heed to the warnings about ghosts. Soon, obscure occurrences cause him to call a psychiatrist to help solve the mystery.
7. Gabbar is Back (2015)
Gabbar is Back is a vigilante-action drama film directed by Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. Featuring Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles, the film is a remake of the 2002 Tamil film Ramanaa, which was later remade in Telugu as Tagore in 2003 and in Kannada as Vishnu Sena in 2005.
Plot: Aditya, who is grieving over the death of his wife and unborn child, disguises himself as a vigilante and exposes corrupt government officials, including an influential builder who killed his wife.
8. Toilet-Ek Prem Katha (2017)
Toilet-Ek Prem Katha is a romantic, drama film directed by Shree Narayan Singh. Co-produced by Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey. It stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles, with Anupam Kher and Sana Khan in supporting roles.
Plot: A woman leaves her husband on the first day of their marriage after discovering that he doesn’t have a toilet in the house. He desperately sets out on a mission to win her back by standing up to the age-old traditions and values of India.
9. Mohra (1994)
Mohra is an action thriller film directed by Rajiv Rai, starring Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Naseeruddin Shah in the lead roles with Paresh Rawal, Gulshan Grover, Raza Murad and Sadashiv Amrapurkar in supporting roles.
Plot: A man is jailed for four murders but is released with the help of a journalist and her boss. The accused is forced to work for the boss but he soon realises that he is being used.
10. Hera Pheri (2000)
Plot: Two tenants and a landlord, in desperate need of money, chance upon a ransom call via a cross connection. They hatch a plan to claim the ransom for themselves.
